3. Subscription and Billing

The service is billed on a subscription basis at $99 per month. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

ANSWER 24/7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
